What Is an IGBT Pin?
IGBT pins (also called power module connection pins or press-fit pins) are the metal terminals used to transmit current and signals between the IGBT chip, copper baseplate, and external control/drive circuitry.
They must maintain stable conductivity, low contact resistance, and high reliability under heat cycles, vibration and high current conditions commonly seen in NEV inverters, industrial motor drives, PV inverters, UPS power systems, etc.
